The role is to execute UX/UI design for new products and features while maintaining a high-quality design aesthetic across the different marketing channels for the brand. This role is essentially for a lead designer that can work with our team on a full-time basis. Creative and dynamic candidates with experience designing product for consumer brands that want to contribute to the development of a newly formed and dynamic brand are encouraged to apply.
- Use data to make decisions. Whether utilising quantitative user behaviour and survey data, or taking qualitative insights from user testing and interviews, you'll make informed decisions through the rapid testing of innovative solutions
- Contribute to the creation of our design system. We're a relatively new team but recognise the importance and increased quality and pace that a design system brings, and you will contribute to this alongside the rest of our team
- Lead design for new products & features. This will involve identifying and solving real user problems, driving growth and revenue for our business through the definition and design of our product
- Work as part of a dedicated, cross-functional team. You'll be responsible for all design work, from interviewing users and mapping their journeys and experiences, through to the final design details and assets
