How do I cancel my Rezi subscription?
While we'd hate to see you lose access to all the awesome Rezi features, we completely understand that sometimes you may need a break from job searching or have successfully secured a new fulfilling position.
Remember, we're here whenever you need us again!
There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
My Profile
1. Login to your account at https://app.rezi.ai/login
2. Click on “My Profile” in the left sidebar.
3. Go to the “Account” tab at the top of your screen.
4. Scroll down to the “Cancel Subscription” section.
5. Click the red “Cancel” button.
6. Choose a reason for cancellation and click the ”Downgrade” button.
Account
1. Login to your account at https://app.rezi.ai/login
2. Click on your account email in the top right corner.
3. Select “Account” from the drop-down list.
4. Scroll down to the “Cancel Subscription” section.
5. Click the red “Cancel” button.
6. Choose a reason for cancellation and click the ”Downgrade” button.
What happens next?
At the end of your subscription billing cycle, your account will be converted to the Rezi Free plan, and all future payments will be canceled. Canceling or downgrading will revoke access to upgraded features and all documents except one.
FAQs
What if I cancel my Lifetime plan?
If you have a Lifetime plan and choose to downgrade, please note that the process is irreversible, and the downgrade will take effect immediately. Keep this in mind before proceeding with the change.
Why did I lose most of my documents?
When canceling or downgrading your subscription, keep in mind that you will lose access to upgraded features, including the ability to store multiple documents on your account. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend downloading all your documents before making any changes to your subscription plan.
