We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at Rezi. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of account payable and receivable, billing, and financial reporting.You will be expected to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepare monthly/yearly financial statements, and ensure accuracy of financial documents. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in budget planning, audit preparation, and other accounting-related tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• As an Accountant at Rezi, responsible for managing the Company’s financial accounts and activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements, reports and records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely collection of payments and accurate data entry into the accounting system
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the management
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audit activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the Company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial topics in an easy to understand manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
