We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative duties, providing support to the office and helping to improve office procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of administrative support, data entry, and office procedures. Your main duties will include providing administrative support to the office, entering data into the system, preparing reports and documents, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing the filing system and handling customer inquiries. Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth running of the office by providing high-quality administrative support.
• As an Admin Assistant at Rezi, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments in the organization.
• Handle day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and providing general administrative support.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, routing them to appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all documents, records, and other materials.
• Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including airfare, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Track and prepare expense reports for all staff members.
• Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
• Monitor the budget and manage invoices and other financial documents.
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience.
• Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of office equipment, including printers and scanners.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
