We are looking for an Assembler to join our team and help build our products. The successful candidate should have a strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail and be able to read and interpret blueprints. The Assembler will be responsible for following established processes, using hand and power tools, and assembling parts to specifications. You should be familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and be able to use office management software. You should be a problem-solver, have an excellent work ethic, and be able to work independently and in a team environment. The Assembler should be able to work efficiently and accurately, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations. Ultimately, you will be an integral part of our production process, while ensuring that quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• As an Assembler at Rezi, responsible for the assembly of all products in accordance with provided diagrams and instructions

• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to build and assemble products

• Utilize hand tools, power tools and other machinery to assemble products

• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of assembly

• Operate equipment safely and ensure all safety regulations are met

• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the assembly process and make adjustments as needed

• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment, preferably in assembly or manufacturing

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documentation

• Knowledge of proper use of hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with a team and follow instructions as needed

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed

• 3+ years of relevant experience in assembly of products and components.

• Proficiency in the use of power and hand tools, including drills and saws.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Excellent dexterity and manual control to assemble small parts accurately.

• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and the ability to use safety equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stringent time constraints.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
