Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Rezi. You will be responsible for creating strategic plans to increase sales and build relationships with clients. As a Business Development Manager, you should have excellent ROI and data analysis skills, project management capabilities, and superior communication skills. You should also be able to think analytically and strategically to identify potential business opportunities. Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
• As a Business Development Manager at Rezi, responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential partners, and identify opportunities for collaborations
• Develop key growth strategies and plans for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Regularly monitor progress of sales team by tracking activity of individual members, identifying areas of improvement and proposing corrective actions
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Monitor and analyze market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements
• 5+ years of business development experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Ability to research and understand potential partners, target markets, and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
