Responsibilities
• As a Business Manager at Rezi, responsible for driving strategic initiatives that define, shape, and grow the company
• Work with the executive team to create and execute short-term and long-term strategies to increase the value of Rezi
• Develop and implement key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of business strategies
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives for the company
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize business opportunities and risks
• Evaluate and recommend new business processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and performance
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to inform operations and product strategy

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a business management role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing effective business strategies.
• Ability to identify and analyze data to develop strategies and plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
