As the CFO, you will play a key role in managing our financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and acting as a trusted financial advisor to our executive team. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in financial management and strong cash management skills. You should also possess extensive knowledge in financial accounting and be an expert in financial analytics and reporting. As the CFO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing short- and long-term financial strategies to support our business growth, as well as managing internal and external financial reporting and auditing processes. You will also oversee the company’s financial health and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving our financial performance and ensuring our financial stability.

• Oversee treasury and cash management, tax compliance, and audit functions

• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and other financial professionals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, and corporate finance, including experience as a CFO

• Proven track record of driving successful financial performance and strategy, with a proven ability to develop and execute financial plans

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting

• Experience with financial and capital markets, investments, and mergers and acquisitions

• Ability to identify and analyze financial trends and risks and develop solutions to mitigate risk

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to build and manage effective teams and develop high performance teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience and demonstrated success in progressively advancing roles of responsibility.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, financial management, capital structure management, debt financing and managing banking relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, cash flow management and financial control systems.

• Ability to interpret, analyze and communicate financial data to non-financial executives, boards of directors and other stakeholders.

• Experience developing and managing financial policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

• Ability to manage and motivate teams, delegate responsibility and hold individuals accountable for results.

• Advanced knowledge of accounting software, tax laws, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
