We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our fast-growing team. This newly created position will provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief of Staff will be a critical member of the leadership team and will be responsible for developing and executing company strategy, ensuring the smooth operations of the executive office and taking on special projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as data literacy, project management, and strategic planning expertise. He or she should be a creative problem-solver, able to think on their feet and make decisions quickly. The successful candidate will bring a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for our mission.
• As a chief of staff at Rezi, responsible for defining and driving the overall strategy and vision of the organization
• Develop, execute and monitor strategic plans to ensure the organization's success
• Proactively identify and assess risks, analyze data and make decisions to ensure the organization's objectives are met
• Lead strategic initiatives, organizational changes and process improvements
• Manage cross-functional projects, lead meetings and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the organization's objectives are met
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Lead the development of new products and services that meet customer needs and organizational objectives
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and review performance metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas of improvement
•10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in organizational development and change management.
• Proven track record of driving organizational performance and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly assess situations, think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and developing key performance indicators.
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
