You will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s budget, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational compliance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of managers, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success. • As the COO at Rezi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and formulating effective strategies to reach organizational goals
• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies and objectives that align with the organization’s long-term goals
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and ensure resources are optimized to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accuracy and compliance
• Manage the development and implementation of performance management systems and processes to ensure the highest level of staff performance
• Monitor the performance of teams, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure that all staff are meeting performance expectations
• Evaluate business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement, ensuring best practices are followed
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and systems that ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• 10+ years of executive-level experience in a COO or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large, complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of business dynamics, performance metrics, and financials.
