Responsibilities

• As a customer service representative at Rezi, responsible for providing customer service support to our clients

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved

• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product and service improvements
