The ideal candidate will be a friendly and professional individual with excellent customer service and multitasking skills, who is also able to work well in a team.As a Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service at all times. You will also be required to manage reservations, take orders, and handle payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and ensuring that the ambiance is pleasant for guests.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. You should also be customer-service oriented and able to handle difficult situations with tact and grace.

• As a Hostess at Rezi, responsible for welcoming guests, seating them, and managing the restaurant's reservations and waiting list

• Greet guests as they enter and offer them a warm welcome

• Handle reservations, both over the phone and in-person

• Manage the restaurant's waiting list, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner

• Answer questions about the menu and the restaurant in a knowledgeable and friendly manner

• Previous experience as a hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment
