Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. You will need to have excellent knowledge of recruitment, employee benefits, and payroll. Your work will involve coordinating and managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing employee benefits packages, handling employee relations, and managing payroll. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and policies. Ultimately, you will ensure our company has a productive and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
• As a HR manager at Rezi, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Develop and implement training programs that align with company objectives
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain payroll and benefits administration
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience in creating and administering HR policies and procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Ability to handle complex issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant HR software.

Responsibilities
• As a HR Manager at Rezi, responsible for developing, implementing, and administering various Human Resources programs and policies
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and compensation
• Develop and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Provide guidance and support in the areas of employee relations, coaching, and performance management
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations
• Develop and implement training programs for staff development and employee engagement
• Source, recruit and onboard qualified candidates for open positions
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR databases
