We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Rezi. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and repair our facility’s plumbing, HVAC, and OSHA systems. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are operating efficiently and safely, as well as diagnosing and repairing any issues that arise. You should have extensive experience in plumbing, HVAC, and OSHA systems, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Your duties will also include performing preventative maintenance on our facility’s systems, responding to maintenance requests, and providing support to our team as needed. Ultimately, you will ensure our facility is running smoothly and that our systems are safe and reliable.

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Engineer at Rezi, responsible for providing technical support for our engineering teams

• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components, including hardware, software and electrical systems

• Design, install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, machinery, and systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to reduce downtime and optimize performance

• Develop maintenance policies and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and recommend preventative actions or upgrades to ensure optimal performance

• Work with vendors and suppliers to order parts and materials as necessary

• Ensure personnel safety by adhering to safety regulations and protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and operations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and repair machines and systems.

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• As a Maintenance Engineer at Rezi, responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all existing and new equipment and facilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical systems, perform necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical problems by examining components, locating the source of the problem, and replacing or repairing parts

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, and record all findings in the maintenance log

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, follow established safety rules and regulations, and adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to the operation of facilities

• Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities, provide technical support to other departments, and develop and execute preventative maintenance plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field

• Knowledge of engineering principles, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures

• Proficiency with computer software including MS Office and AutoCAD

• Ability to read and understand technical documents

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in uncomfortable positions

• Ability to work with a variety of tools and machines
