We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to provide patient care and administrative support in our healthcare facility. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, taking vital signs, administering medications, and preparing patients for exams. The successful candidate should also be able to provide first aid and CPR when necessary and be knowledgeable of medical terminology. Additionally, the Medical Assistant should maintain patient records and organize medical files. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a warm and friendly personality, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, along with certification in CPR and First Aid is required.


• As a Medical Assistant at Rezi, responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to physicians and other health care practitioners

• Assisting with patient examinations and treatments by preparing the treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and helping the doctor with procedures

• Collecting and recording patient information, such as medical history, vital statistics, or test results in medical records

• Administering medications or treatments as directed by a physician

• Calling in prescriptions to pharmacies and providing patient education materials

• Performing routine laboratory tests and sample analyses

• Setting up medical instruments and equipment, such as EKG machines

• Scheduling patient appointments and admitting patients to the hospital or clinic

• Arranging for hospital admission or laboratory services for patients


• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting

• Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA, NHA, AMT, or equivalent

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• Proficiency in the use of medical software, such as electronic health records (EHR)

• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with medical coding, insurance billing and reimbursement procedures
