We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Rezi. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including financial reports, office equipment, and office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing office operations. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for arranging meetings and events, coordinating office activities, and managing office equipment. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a working knowledge of office equipment and financial reports. Ultimately, the Office Administrator will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain a professional office environment, manage office supply inventory, and order office furniture and equipment as needed
• Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, route mail, and respond to inquiries
• Provide administrative support to management and staff, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Maintain and update filing and record keeping systems, and process confidential documents
• Collect, compile, and analyze data to provide reports and other information to management
• Monitor and manage office processes, such as inventory tracking and budget management
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• 3+ years of office administration experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
