We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks including billing, bookkeeping, and multitasking. • As an Office Assistant at Rezi, responsible for providing administrative support to the office
• Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing
• Maintain the office supplies and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
• Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff
• Coordinate office activities and schedule meetings, record and transcribe minutes of meetings
• Maintain records of office activities and manage office documents in electronic and paper form
• Prepare and submit expense reports, purchase office supplies and equipment, and monitor inventory
• Ensure the office is kept clean and organized, and maintain office security by issuing access badges and keys
• Manage the front desk and provide customer service to guests and employees
• Experience with office administration and task delegation.
• Ability to coordinate and manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
