We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Rezi. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and initiatives for successful project management. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process management, scheduling, task management and communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, coordinating resources and managing budgets. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring successful project delivery. Ultimately, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Management Manager at Rezi, responsible for setting up and maintaining a structured project management process for the team

• Prepare and monitor project plans, identify and analyze project risks, track progress and provide reports to stakeholders

• Facilitate and manage project meetings, coordinate project activities, assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

• Establish project management standards and best practices, provide guidance and support to project teams, and ensure successful project delivery

• Monitor project budget, timeline, and resource utilization, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are understood and met

• Identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to improve project management processes and tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end products.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set and meet deadlines.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks while maintaining quality standards.

• Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).

• PMP certification is a plus.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management and leading teams

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow up

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall

• Ability to develop and implement project plans, track and adjust as needed

• Experience in developing and managing project budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and quickly adjust project plans accordingly
