Description

Requirements
• 5+ years of sales management experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that support short- and long-term business objectives.
• Experience with salesforce automation, CRM, and other sales-related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and mentor a sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices and procedures.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
