Responsibilities
• As a Sales Representative at Rezi, responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients and prospective customers
• Generate leads and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and referrals
• Develop and execute sales strategies, plans and tactics to drive business growth
• Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored product and service solutions to meet them
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any outstanding issues, and maintain relationships
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with trends and new products and services to ensure knowledge of the market
• Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accuracy of customer records
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in customer organizations
Requirements
• 3+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in closing deals
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, understand customer needs, and develop solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain them to customers
• Ability to accurately forecast sales and meet targets
• Proficient in the use of sales automation tools and CRM software
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
• A team player who is self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
