Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of Salesforce applications and services. The Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for data modeling, developing custom objects and fields, developing workflows, triggers and reports, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, and creating and managing custom processes. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a background in JavaScript/C#, web services and Salesforce Lightning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce platform is up and running and meeting the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• As a Salesforce Developer at Rezi, responsible for designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce applications and customizations

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, including integration with other systems

• Develop custom Lightning components, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and integration with third-party systems

• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce workflows and business processes

• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, process automation, and data migrations

• Monitor Salesforce performance, security and scalability, and make recommendations for improvement

• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as security, roles, profiles, reports, dashboards, and data sharing rules

• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues, identify root cause and develop solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.) and Salesforce APIs.

• Expert in automation, integration and customization of Salesforce.

• Expertise in creating and configuring custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and page layouts.

• Experience with Salesforce data migration and data management.

• Experience developing Lightning components and custom applications on the Force.com platform.

• Experience in data analysis, debugging and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
