Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Rezi. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content to our customers on a variety of social media platforms. You should be an expert in online marketing and have a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent creativity, design, copywriting skills and be able to think quickly on your feet. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating campaigns, and overseeing day-to-day social media activities. You will also be responsible for monitoring conversations, responding to customer inquiries, and creating reports to track progress. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong online presence, increase customer engagement and grow our brand.
Responsibilities
• As a Social Media Manager at Rezi, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy
• Design and implement social media campaigns to promote Rezi’s products, services and content
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about Rezi and the industry
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
• Create and curate content for social media channels
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Monitor and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with social media management, including developing and executing campaigns, content creation, and analytics
• Proven track record of increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness through successful social media campaigns
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media, with an emphasis on visual content and user experience
• Ability to identify key influencers and build relationships with them
• Creative mindset and excellent writing and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphics tools
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field

The Social Media Manager will also be expected to provide regular insights and reports on the performance of our social media campaigns. Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure Rezi's social media presence is engaging and effective.
