We are looking for a Vetting Associate to join our team at Rezi. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with security clearance, stakeholder management and project management.The Vetting Associate will manage the review and approval of security clearances for our stakeholders, managing the process from start to finish. They will also be responsible for understanding and responding to stakeholder needs, maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders, and providing timely updates and reports to stakeholders as required.In addition, the Vetting Associate will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables related to the clearance process. They will also be responsible for monitoring budget and resource utilization, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the project runs smoothly.The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be detail-oriented. They should also have a background in security clearance and project management.
Responsibilities
• As a Vetting Associate at Rezi, responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents and information
• Review and analyze customer data to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Conduct thorough investigations on customer profiles in order to identify any potential fraud and risk
• Flag profiles that contain discrepancies and/or fraudulent activities
• Monitor customer profiles and transactions to detect any suspicious activity
• Collaborate with other teams to provide relevant customer data and insights
• Create and update detailed reports on customer profiles
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up to date on changes in industry regulations and standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar background
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in all interactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess and analyze customer information quickly and accurately
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

The Vetting Associate will be responsible for researching, verifying, and validating information provided by the applicant. This will involve gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources to ensure applicant information is accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management, project management and research skills. They must also have the ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of the applicant's data. The ideal candidate will have experience working with security clearance requirements and a comprehensive understanding of privacy laws. Ultimately, the Vetting Associate will ensure that all application processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
• As a Vetting Associate at Rezi, responsible for evaluating applicants and helping them through the vetting process
• Perform background checks, including criminal and credit checks, to make sure applicants meet the company’s standards
• Reach out to applicants to answer any questions that they may have about the process or the company
• Review applications to ensure that all required information is provided and to verify accuracy of the information provided
• Maintain accurate records of all applicant data ensuring that all information is up to date
• Make recommendations for improvement to the vetting process
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area such as Law, Psychology, Business Management, or Public Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software applications.
• Experience in conducting background checks, risk assessments, and identity verification.
