Sales professionals are primarily responsible for generating revenue by selling a product or service to a client. They work on behalf of an organization and need to be able to communicate product or service features, work out pricing, and manage customer relationships. Based on their role and the industry they operate in, resumes for sales professionals need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work in a team. Most sales professionals hold at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and/or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
