The Job Search Is Mostly Busywork. Rezi Chrome Extension Fixes That.

Most of the job search is busywork: the same forms typed a hundred times, no memory of where you applied, interview prep that ignores the actual role. The Rezi Chrome Extension handles all of it, free, inside your browser.

Most of looking for a job has nothing to do with whether you can actually do that job.

You type your name, your email, your phone number, and your entire work history into an application form. Then you do it again on the next one. And the one after that.

Somewhere in there you lose track of where you applied, which version of your resume you sent, and whether anyone ever wrote back. Then you finally land an interview and prep for it with generic questions that have nothing to do with the actual role.

None of that measures your ability. And it’s the part of the job search that quietly eats your week.

So we built the Rezi Chrome Extension to take it off your plate.

What it is

The Rezi Chrome Extension puts your entire job search inside your browser, running off the Rezi account you already have. Auto-fill applications, track everything you’ve applied to, and practice interviews tailored to the exact job you’re looking at — without leaving the page or opening a single new tab. It’s live now, it’s free, and it takes the four things that slow every job seeker down and handles all of them in one place.

Why we developed it

The job search rewards the wrong things. It rewards patience for tedium and a high tolerance for admin. What it does not reliably reward is the person who’d actually be best at the job — because that person is just as likely as anyone else to burn out on the hundredth identical form and quietly give up.

That’s backwards. Every minute you spend re-typing your address is a minute you’re not spending on the applications that matter, or on preparing to actually get hired. So the goal with the extension was simple: take the parts of the search that are pure logistics and make them disappear, so whatever effort you’ve got left goes where it counts.

What it actually does

Four things, and they happen to be the four that waste the most time.

Auto-fill, everywhere

The extension completes applications across every major applicant tracking system — Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and more — using the information already sitting in your Rezi profile. You review it, you hit submit. One click instead of fifteen minutes of copy-paste. You should still read what it filled in before you send it, but you won’t be the one typing it.

Your whole pipeline in one view

Every job you’ve applied to and every resume you’ve sent — organized into stages like Applied, Interviewing, and Rejected, all in one dashboard. No spreadsheet, no sticky notes, no scrolling your inbox to work out whether you already applied somewhere two weeks ago.

Interview practice for the actual job

Not generic "tell me about yourself" drills. The extension scans the job description on your screen and your selected resume, then opens Rezi’s AI Interview Practice preloaded and ready to go with questions tailored to your personal experience and expertise.

LinkedIn import

New to Rezi? Import your LinkedIn profile and the extension turns it into resume-ready content in seconds. Nobody should have to build a resume from a blank page in 2026.

It’s not a standalone gadget

The extension isn’t a separate tool you have to learn and maintain. It’s your Rezi account, extended into the browser. The resume you sharpen in Rezi is the one that fills out your next application. Launch interview practice from any job listing and it opens preloaded with your resume already selected. The parts that connect, connect intentionally — and the parts that don't still save you time on their own.

That’s the part I’m proudest of. Plenty of tools do one piece of this well. Very few connect the pieces — and the gaps between disconnected tools are exactly where job seekers lose time, lose track, and lose momentum. We closed the gaps.

Free, and we mean it

All four features are free. Not free-for-a-trial, not free-until-you-hit-some-limit. Free, full stop. We don't think anyone should have to pay to skip the busywork, and we're not interested in holding the basics behind a paywall. Install it, connect your account, and get back to the parts of the search that actually matter.

Get it

The Rezi Chrome Extension is in the Chrome Web Store now. Add it to Chrome, sign in with your Rezi account, and the next application you open will fill itself in.

The job search is hard enough in the places where it’s supposed to be hard. This isn’t one of them.
