Ms. Helena Chang
As a DevOps Automation Engineer at Company A, I observed increased productivity and stability in our AWS-based applications by creating deployment tools and automating infrastructure updates and maintenance. I also was an integral part of the company’s AWS migration and developed and implemented a CD pipeline for handling cloud migrations. I have also performed dozens of AWS trail runs and worked with AWS engineers to streamline the platform for our company. Additionally, I collaborated with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure integrations and processes were streamlined and efficient. I have also developed several bespoke software and cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients that were designed to scale up and down based on business needs.
My work has also included creating an Identity and Access Management solution to control and manage access to our AWS environment. This process involved the development of a custom AWS CloudFormation template to deploy a stand-alone EC2 instance to manage the Identity and Access Management process, as well as a custom script to automate the process.
As a DevOps Automation Engineer II at Company A, I have worked with a wide variety of technologies and would be happy to discuss my experience with your team. I have a proven track record of working with AWS-based cloud technologies.

Sincerely,
Charles Bloomberg
