Aerospace Engineer
Description
We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team at Rezi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, and testing aircraft and aerospace products, such as engines, structural components, guidance and control systems, and other aircraft systems. This position requires a strong knowledge of aircraft structures, flight dynamics, engineering graphics, and related disciplines. The ideal candidate should be able to develop, analyze, and modify existing products and systems, as well as create new designs according to customer specifications. They should also be able to ensure that products meet specifications and standards, and develop test protocols and analyze test results to assess product performance. Furthermore, the successful candidate should be able to collaborate with other engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure related projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
• As an Aerospace Engineer at Rezi, responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for aerospace systems and components
• Analyze aerospace system requirements, design and develop aerospace components and subsystems using 3D CAD software, and create simulations and models to analyze performance
• Develop 3D models, drawings, and technical documents for aerospace components and systems, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the design meets customer requirements and performance requirements
• Research and develop new technologies and processes, and conduct experiments to validate designs and components
• Evaluate aerospace system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Perform system integration and installation of aerospace components, and ensure proper operation of systems and components
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in aerospace engineering
• Proficient in CAD, CAD/CAM, finite element analysis, and other engineering software
• Knowledgeable in the fields of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, propulsion, and aeronautical structures
• Strong understanding of aerospace technologies and engineering principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of flight dynamics and aircraft control systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Description
We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of aircraft structures, flight dynamics and engineering graphics. As an Aerospace Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining aircraft and aerospace components. Your duties will include developing and analyzing plans, designs, prototypes, and simulated test results in order to ensure optimal performance of aircraft and aerospace systems. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized and have a strong eye for detail. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ultimately, you will ensure our aircraft and aerospace systems meet all safety regulations and customer requirements.

• Perform aircraft and propulsion system analyses and design optimization to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency and performance
• Design, develop, and test unmanned aerial vehicle components and systems, such as flight control systems and navigation systems
• Analyze and interpret test data to evaluate the performance, safety, and reliability of aircraft components and systems
• Develop and implement new technologies and designs to improve existing processes and products
• Monitor and evaluate operating characteristics of prototype or production aircraft and aerospace products
• Develop and implement test procedures, techniques, and standards to ensure aircraft and component reliability and safety
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering including experience in aircraft design, aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, and/or systems.
• Proven experience in design, analysis and/or testing of aerospace systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software like CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.
• Familiarity with engineering standards related to aircraft design and engineering.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand and apply regulatory and certification requirements.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
