Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Rezi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing beverages for our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of coffee, customer service experience and cash management skills. Your main duties will include taking orders, preparing beverages and providing excellent customer service. You should also be able to upsell drinks and snacks to our customers and handle payments accurately. Additionally, you should keep the workspace clean and organized and ensure that all safety standards are met. Ultimately, you will ensure that all customers leave Rezi with a positive experience and are happy with the beverages they purchase.
Responsibilities
• As a Barista at Rezi, responsible for providing customers with excellent service by preparing and serving quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages
• Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions and make recommendations
• Prepare and serve coffee and other hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
• Follow recipes and make adjustments to coffee drinks to meet customers’ requests
• Ensure all coffee drinks meet quality and consistency standards
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, utensils and cups
• Stock and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, cups, and other beverage ingredients
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventories and order new supplies when necessary
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in making coffee, tea, and other beverages in a customer service setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate a variety of coffee-making appliances and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos and more, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and customer service. You will also be responsible for taking orders, accepting payments, managing cash and providing customers with information about our products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of coffee and coffee-making techniques, as well as outstanding customer service skills. You should also be able to manage cash, count money and make accurate change. Ultimately, you will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
