As Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns for our company. Your role will include leading a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, web designers, and user experience designers. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns and projects meet brand and advertising objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for creativity, strong writing and design skills, and expert knowledge of current trends in the fields of copywriting, web design and user experience design. Responsibilities

• As a Creative Director at Rezi, responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to drive the company’s business objectives

• Lead a team of creative professionals to create compelling visuals, designs, and experiences to engage customers and inspire loyalty

• Develop marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, to promote products or services

• Conceptualize and develop innovative and engaging designs for digital and print collateral

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives, and create designs that support them

• Oversee the development of creative assets and ensure quality standards are met

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to creative projects

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative direction experience, with a proven track record of creative success in building recognizable, memorable and impactful brands.

• Expert level proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.

• A deep understanding of the principles of design, including typography, color theory, composition, layout, and user experience.

• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of creative professionals.

• Ability to think strategically and conceptually to develop innovative, creative solutions that meet business objectives.

• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

• Serve as a mentor and leader to the creative team, guiding them towards successful execution of projects

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best possible outcome

• Propose and implement creative solutions to challenges that arise during the design process

• Present visualized ideas to clients and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and effective manner

• Ensure the creative teams are keeping up with trends in the industry, and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience in a creative agency or in-house creative studio.

• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout and composition.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and other relevant design software.

• Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines, as well as create and evolve them.

• Ability to develop innovative design solutions that meet the needs of the project, with an emphasis on user experience and brand consistency.

• Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional teams and inspiring trust from clients.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to provide thoughtful feedback and constructive criticism.
