We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our small but growing team at Rezi. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, draw conclusions, and provide meaningful data insights. You should have strong problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of relational databases and data mining techniques. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization techniques. You should also be proficient in using statistical software and data mining tools to identify and analyze patterns in large datasets. You should have the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and meaningful way. Ultimately, you will help our team make data-driven decisions that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• As a Data Analyst at Rezi, responsible for developing and implementing analytics and data gathering processes to support data-driven decision making

• Analyze large and complex data sets to uncover actionable insights about our customers, products, and services

• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to business and operational processes

• Design and implement data models, visualizations, and dashboards to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions

• Develop statistical models to predict customer behavior and optimize performance

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all departments to ensure data accuracy and reliability

• Work with IT teams to ensure our data systems are secure and reliable

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization

• Experience in using various data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, R, and SQL

• Proficient in extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources

• Strong understanding of data concepts and principles, such as data normalization, data modeling, and data integrity

• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide meaningful insights

• Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and draw conclusions from them

• Experience in developing data models, data pipelines, and data dashboards

• Experience in data mining and data cleaning processes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with machine learning and statistical techniques is a plus

• As a Data Analyst at Rezi, responsible for working with cross-functional teams to drive insights from data

• Develop end-to-end solutions to deliver actionable intelligence from data, from data extraction to interpretation of results

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to answer tactical and strategic business questions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Monitor data sets for accuracy, completeness, and validity, and develop processes to ensure data quality

• Perform statistical analysis of data to identify trends and insights, communicate results to stakeholders

• Collaborate with other teams to build and maintain data models for analysis, forecasting, and optimization

• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key metrics and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data science

• Experience with data visualization and/or reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qlik

• Ability to query and analyze data from multiple sources, and to understand and interpret complex datasets

• Proficiency with SQL and other programming languages, such as Python and R

• Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods, such as linear regression, logistic regression, and time series analysis

• Experience with data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning

• Ability to think analytically and logically, to solve problems, and to make decisions based on data-driven insights

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
