We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying data into our internal systems. You should have strong computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Additionally, you should be comfortable navigating computer systems and be able to quickly learn and utilize new software. The ideal candidate should have a meticulous eye for detail, be able to work independently and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • As a Data Entry Specialist at Rezi, responsible for collecting, entering and verifying data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information

• Perform day-to-day data entry tasks, including capturing data from source documents, verifying accuracy, and preparing data for entry into system

• Input data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms

• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes

• Monitor and review information entered into databases to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct errors where necessary

• Update existing data

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation


• 2+ years of experience in data entry or related field.

• Knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Experience with data entry software and systems.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Great attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be responsible for verifying information, managing databases, and ensuring accuracy of data. • As a Data Entry Specialist at Rezi, responsible for entering data into Rezi’s system accurately and quickly

• Review data for accuracy and completeness, and make corrections as needed

• Maintain an up-to-date filing system and ensure all data is accurately stored

• Follow established procedures and policies to ensure data accuracy

• Create, update, maintain and delete records as required

• Generate reports from data entry systems and provide reports to management

• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, i.e. GDPR

• Update and maintain databases with new information as it becomes available

• Troubleshoot data entry issues and provide technical support for users

• Monitor data entry performance and suggest improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency


• 5+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis and data manipulation.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.

• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

• Knowledge of data entry systems and databases.
