Responsibilities

• As a Data Entry Clerk at Rezi, responsible for entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

• Maintain logs of activities and completed work

• Update existing data

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Respond to inquiries regarding information and access relevant files

• Produce documents, reports and presentations

• Support other teams with various administrative tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and entry-level office work
