We are looking for a Director of Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The Director of Operations will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operational strategies and plans that support the organizational objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires exceptional organizational, inventory control, and warehouse management skills. The Director of Operations will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business operations, processes and procedures. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for leading a team of operations personnel, and ensuring that the teams are motivated and productive. The successful candidate will be experienced in overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, staff management, and customer service. Ultimately, the Director of Operations will ensure that our business runs efficiently and effectively.

• Lead and manage the operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the team is functioning optimally and effectively.
• Establish and maintain effective processes for tracking and monitoring performance and making timely decisions to maximize results.
• Analyze current operations and develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data and reports.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and effectiveness, and recommend actions to improve operational performance.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor and assess industry trends, changes in customer preferences, and competitive market forces to stay ahead of the competition.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with a track record of success in leading teams and projects
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems that drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and implement key performance indicators to measure operational performance
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word, as well as project management tools
• Strong management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to identify and address potential operational issues and risks
• Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles and principles of process improvement
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
