We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing team. The Executive Assistant will provide support to our executive team in the daily operations of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating events and activities. The ideal candidate must have excellent multitasking, time management and communication skills. You should be able to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and provide administrative support to ensure our executive team can focus on their core business. You should also be able to quickly and accurately gather information, analyze complex data, and provide concise reports. Ultimately, you will ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and help the executive team reach their goals.

• Manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other activities as necessary.
• Maintain executive team calendars and prioritize requests accordingly.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
• Assist with the preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and reports.
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
• Manage travel arrangements, including airfare, accommodations, car rental, and meeting venue.
• Process expense reports.
• Create and maintain filing systems.
• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries.
• Arrange and coordinate various events.
• Provide general administrative support.
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a corporate setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and related software applications
• Ability to prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations
• Experience in event planning, scheduling, and travel arrangements
• High level of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices
• Expertise in handling office supplies and equipment
• Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
