We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to join us in leading Rezi. As our Executive Director, you will direct and manage all organizational activities, develop and implement strategies, manage staff and resources, and ensure the highest level of operational performance. You should have a proven track record of senior leadership and have the ability to drive change management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, overseeing all staff, developing strategies to increase organizational effectiveness, and planning and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. You should also have an in-depth understanding of budgeting, financial planning and management, and human resources. You should be able to foster collaboration and communication with team members and other stakeholders, build and maintain relationships with external partners, and provide exceptional customer service. Ultimately, you will ensure Rezi’s success and growth by executing strategic and operational plans.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term goals and objectives for the organization, and ensure that these goals are met

• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization and maintain an effective organizational structure

• Oversee the planning and execution of all fund-raising activities and campaigns, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and corporate partnerships

• Develop and manage the organization’s budget and financial activities, and ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, donors, constituents, and other partners

• Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive management and operations, preferably in a technology-driven organization

• Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational change

• Proven success in developing and executing strategies, driving operational excellence, and achieving desired financial, operational, and customer-focused outcomes

• Ability to lead, develop, and coach a team of high performing individuals

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
