We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our growing team. The Field Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers in the field and for maintaining and repairing equipment in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to effectively communicate with customers, and a proven track record in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer equipment and resolving technical issues. This includes installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, as well as providing technical advice and customer service. The Field Engineer must be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and take initiative in resolving customer issues. They must be highly organized and detail oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
• As a Field Engineer at Rezi, responsible for supporting the on-site installation and maintenance activities of our products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software related issues
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance through preventive maintenance
• Comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain service records and reports
• Perform on-site surveys to evaluate potential installation sites
• Install and configure hardware and software for customers
• Provide technical training and support for users
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rezi’s products, services, and related technologies
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the field engineering industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Thorough knowledge of engineering principles, methods and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging and repairs of complex equipment.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, testing instruments, and measuring devices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license.
