The Field Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to customers in the field and for maintaining and repairing equipment in a timely and safe manner. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to effectively communicate with customers, and a proven track record in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading.The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer equipment and resolving technical issues. This includes installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, as well as providing technical advice and customer service. The Field Engineer must be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and take initiative in resolving customer issues. They must be highly organized and detail oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
