We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as financial modeling, analyzing financial data, developing business models, and providing business valuation. You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as well as a comprehensive understanding of accounting software and financial reporting. You should also be able to develop and present financial reports to senior management teams and stakeholders. Ultimately, you will help the company make sound financial decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• As a Financial Analyst at Rezi, responsible for working with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate financial performance, develop and implement financial strategies, and optimize business operations

• Create and maintain financial models to support decision-making, analyze financial information and develop financial projections

• Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, including analysis of new initiatives, product launches, and other business initiatives

• Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance and profitability

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including working with cross-functional teams to develop assumptions, track performance, and provide regular updates• Develop and enhance organizational financial reporting capabilities and metrics

• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including financial institutions and auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst

• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and corporate finance

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and corporate governance

• Proven track record of performing detailed financial analysis, developing financial projections, and creating financial reports

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and financial modeling software such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion

• Analyze current and historical financial data to identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the organization, including revenue, expense, and cash flow

• Develop and maintain annual and monthly budgeting processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and/or investment banking

• In-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting

• Ability to develop strategic financial plans and analyze risks and opportunities

• Experience in creating financial models and forecasting financial performance

• Proven track record of developing budgets and managing resources

• Strong data analysis and quantitative skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
