We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at Rezi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machines to produce parts and products according to established safety procedures and quality standards. As a Machine Operator, you should be able to maintain a safe and orderly work environment, monitor machine performance and adhere to quality control standards.To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and be able to identify potential issues with the machine. You should also be able to follow safety procedures and perform quality checks on finished products. Ultimately, you will ensure machines are operating efficiently to reach production targets.

Responsibilities

• As a Machine Operator at Rezi, responsible for safely operating and monitoring machines to ensure production goals are met• Set up and operate a variety of machines, adjusting settings as needed to ensure quality standards are met• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure proper maintenance, safety, and quality standards are met• Monitor machine performance and identify any potential problems or issues• Ensure all product specifications are met and that machine is producing quality products• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure production goals are met• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance• Keep detailed records of production output, materials used, and time spent on production tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1-3 years of experience in a machine operator role • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams and blueprints • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) • Ability to perform basic math and use basic measuring tools • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience operating CNC machinery and CAD/CAM software a plus

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of our production machines and ensuring the quality of our output meets the highest standards.As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for following safety procedures, performing quality checks, and operating and maintaining our production machines. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during production and notifying the appropriate personnel as needed.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience operating machines and following safety procedures. You should also be knowledgeable in quality control and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you will ensure our machines are running smoothly and producing quality output.

Responsibilities

• As a Machine Operator at Rezi, responsible for setting up and operating various machines in the manufacturing facility• Verify that machines are set up properly and running efficiently• Monitor machines during operation to ensure that they are running correctly and making quality products• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and production speed• Perform basic maintenance on machines including cleaning, lubricating, and changing worn parts• Troubleshoot and solve problems with machines as needed• Maintain accurate production records, including amount of material used and number of products produced• Follow safety protocols and report any safety concerns to management immediately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required• At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines or related equipment• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and/or blueprints• Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
