We are currently recruiting for a Nurse to join our team at Rezi. The Nurse will provide care and support to patients, families, and carers in the community, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating patient care plans. The Nurse will also be responsible for providing education and advice to patients, families, and carers, as well as liaising with other health professionals to maintain a positive and collaborative working environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Nurse at Rezi, responsible for providing patient care, maintaining medical records, and educating patients on health-related topics

• Provide direct patient care, such as administering medication and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient health

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Educate patients and their families on health-related topics and self-care skills

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and provide feedback to physicians

• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, lab results, and treatment plans

• Participate in research studies, data collection, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related field

• Valid Nursing license in the state of practice

• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patient’s medical needs

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems

• Ability to provide evidence-based patient care• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• As a Nurse at Rezi, responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established protocols

• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems

• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

• Participate in team conferences to discuss patient's needs, progress, and care plan

• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid license

• At least 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Experience in providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient records

• Knowledge of nursing standards and best practices

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple patients at once

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
