We are looking for a Product Developer to join our team. We need someone who is passionate about products and data-driven decision making. As a Product Developer, you will use your analytical skills and expertise in data analysis, SQL language, and A/B testing to build and improve our products. You will help us develop innovative solutions to customer needs and develop product features to improve customer experiences. You will work closely with the product team to identify and analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to optimize product performance. Additionally, you will develop tools and processes to monitor and report on product usage, performance, and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you will ensure our products are up and running and deliver the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Developer at Rezi, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering user-facing products at Rezi

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand product requirements and develop the technical implementation

• Design and implement software solutions to meet product needs and ensure quality and scalability

• Write code to develop applications and services as per product designs and specifications

• Develop and maintain automated unit tests to ensure product quality and reliability

• Debug and troubleshoot product issues and present solutions to improve product performance

• Collaborate with other teams on projects to ensure product features are integrated and tested correctly

• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure product quality, scalability, and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience with web-based software development

• Experience developing web-based applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, and Redux

• Knowledge of design principles and best practices for developing user interfaces

• Experience with developing software using Agile methodology

• Understanding of Object-Oriented and MVC design patterns

• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Proven track record of delivering quality products on time and on budget

Responsibilities

• As a Product Developer at Rezi, responsible for developing and shipping new products, features, and solutions that meet customer needs

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements, build technical solutions, and develop product roadmaps

• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate product ideas and use cases

• Develop best practices and standards for product development, and own the product development process from concept to delivery

• Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on existing solutions and recommend improvements

• Create detailed technical documentation, training materials, and tutorials for internal teams and customers

• Execute product launches and releases, track performance and usage metrics, and understand user behavior to optimize product performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product development with a strong knowledge of product design and development process

• Proven track record of success in product development initiatives within the software industry

• Experienced in researching, designing and developing new products from concept to launch

• Ability to understand the customer needs and develop product solutions accordingly

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think out of the box

• Proficient in product design and development tools such as CAD, SolidWorks, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
