We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. The Program Manager will be responsible for project planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and tracking. The Program Manager will also be responsible for risk management, resource management, and ensuring the completion of all project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams, and will possess a strong technical background with experience in program management, infrastructure, and risk management. This individual should be organized and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders. Responsibilities

• As a Program Manager at Rezi, responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch

• Manage complex projects, coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, and manage timelines, tasks and deliverables

• Work with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize projects and initiatives

• Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, and track progress and report on status to stakeholders

• Ensure project requirements are met, identify potential risks and issues, and drive resolution of blockers

• Lead process improvement efforts and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, and provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in a software development environment.

• Proficient in program management methodology and best practices.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and providing program management support for large-scale software development.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver results.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and teams.

• Ability to quickly identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and drive resolution.

• Ability to develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and reports.

• Experience in agile project management best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

• Proficient in project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of project managers to ensure project success and will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, cost estimates, timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables are met. You will also be responsible for risk management and infrastructure planning, including analyzing and evaluating risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and implementing procedures to ensure successful project completion. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent program management skills, knowledge of project management principles, and experience with risk management and infrastructure planning.

• Own the program’s success metrics, and ensure they are tracked and reported to stakeholders

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and manage feature requests, bugs, and technical debt

• Work with stakeholders to ensure program requirements are met and communicated to the appropriate teams

• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.

• Proven track record in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and develop teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accordingly.

• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, analysis and decision-making.

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira.

• Solid understanding of software development and project management principles.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
