We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. The Program Manager will be responsible for project planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting and tracking. The Program Manager will also be responsible for risk management, resource management, and ensuring the completion of all project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and teams, and will possess a strong technical background with experience in program management, infrastructure, and risk management. This individual should be organized and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders. • As a Program Manager at Rezi, responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Manage complex projects, coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, and manage timelines, tasks and deliverables
• Work with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, and track progress and report on status to stakeholders
• Ensure project requirements are met, identify potential risks and issues, and drive resolution of blockers
• Lead process improvement efforts and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions, and provide guidance and support to team members
• 5+ years of program management experience in a software development environment.
• Proficient in program management methodology and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and providing program management support for large-scale software development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to quickly identify risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and drive resolution.
• Ability to develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and reports.
• Experience in agile project management best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proficient in project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
