We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used effectively. You will also be responsible for contract management, procurement and risk management. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects. You should be well-versed in contract management and possess a strong understanding of procurement and risk management. Ultimately, you will ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards.
• As a Project Coordinator at Rezi, responsible for coordinating and tracking the progress of multiple complex projects from inception to completion
• Establish project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to ensure successful project completion
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, provide both technical and administrative support to the project team
• Assist with change management, process improvement, and cost-benefit analyses
• Develop project schedules, identify and track project deliverables, and monitor performance of project teams
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, requirements, and project artifacts
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination and management.
• Proficiency with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to anticipate and identify risks and plan accordingly.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management principles and techniques.
