Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service. He/she will be in charge of answering incoming calls, providing basic information about the company, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. The Receptionist will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, data entry, and scheduling meetings. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks. Data entry skills are also essential. Ultimately, the Receptionist will ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• As a receptionist at Rezi, be responsible for providing a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors, clients and other guests
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, as well as direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, ensuring that all visitors are signed in and out in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all visitors and guests are provided with visitor badges and any other necessary security protocols
• Monitor and manage the reception area, ensuring that it is organized and clean at all times
• Provide administrative support to the office, including typing, filing, and photocopying
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries for the office, including sorting, distributing, and sending out mail
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Ability to professionally and effectively communicate via phone, email, and in-person
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer service issues in a calm and professional manner
• Knowledge of general office procedures, including filing, data entry, and word processing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in a receptionist role.
