• Greet and welcome guests, take and serve orders, provide accurate menu and product information, process payments, and clear and reset tables

• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as general restaurant information

• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment

• Ensure all products are stored and handled correctly, in accordance with company standards

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of standard restaurant operations, such as POS systems, food safety and sanitation standards, table service, and customer service.

We are looking for a Server to join our team at Rezi. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as an eye for cleanliness and organization. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering food in a timely manner. You must be able to remain calm and courteous when dealing with difficult customers. In addition to these duties, the Server must possess a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale system, as well as our menu items and processes. You will also be expected to keep the restaurant clean and organized, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken in order to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.


• As a Server at Rezi, responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

• Greet guests upon arrival, inform them of their wait time, if any, and provide menus

• Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS ordering software system

• Deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner

• Check on guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

• Ensure that each guest’s order is accurate and delivered in a timely manner

• Clear and reset tables in between seating to maintain a neat and clean dining area

• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when asked

• Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit transactions


• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with servers, networks, and other IT systems

• In-depth knowledge of server hardware and software, including operating systems, security protocols, and virtualization

• Experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and their associated hardware, software, networks, and storage systems

• Knowledge of server best practices and standards, including server performance tuning and optimization

• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Bash

• Strong understanding of data center architecture and experience with data center management

• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and diagrams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
