We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and ensure the smooth operations of our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and materials in the warehouse. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise; preparing orders for shipment; unloading deliveries; and maintaining accurate records of inventory. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse and equipment. You will also ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to lift and move heavy boxes. Ultimately, you will ensure our warehouse runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate at Rezi, responsible for receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping product

• Receive incoming shipments, unload, inspect, and check in product

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Unload and sort containers and pallets

• Ensure product is properly stored in warehouse

• Maintain accuracy of inventory system and perform cycle counts

• Utilize equipment to move product such as manual pallet jack and forklift

• Keep warehouse organized and clean

• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Proficient in basic math and computer skills

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate at Rezi, responsible for packing, shipping and receiving products, inventory and stock management, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product delivery

• Identify and pick products using RF scanners, accurately count and record inventory, and maintain organized stock locations

• Prepare shipments for customers, properly package, label and scan packages and pallets using shipping software

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, receive and inspect incoming shipments and ensure accurate record keeping

• Ensure proper organization of the warehouse and maintain health and safety standards

• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts and other warehouse machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with products, inventory, and shipping

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

• Basic familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly
