We’re excited to announce that Sandra Buatti-Ramos is joining Rezi as our new Chief Learning & Career Architect.
Sandra is the founder of Hyphen Innovation and The Journal of Post-Traditional Careers, where her primary focus is workforce development and innovation through research-driven and AI-powered learning frameworks.
As Chief Learning & Career Architect at Rezi, Sandra will lead the development of intelligent career education infrastructures that integrate large language models, adaptive credentialing frameworks, and human-centered design to transform how candidates and institutions prepare for the future of work.
Expertise & Achievements
Before joining Rezi, Sandra transformed higher education by creating one of the first university-wide, AI-powered career education platforms, supporting over 7,600 learners with scalable, on-demand courses in resume strategy, job search optimization, and prompt engineering. She also launched a groundbreaking Career & Workforce Innovation Lab, blending immersive technologies, large language models, and industry-aligned tools to build future-ready skills and accelerate career readiness.
A passionate advocate for ethical AI, Sandra has designed pioneering faculty training programs and instructional systems rooted in Constitutional AI principles, empowering educators to harness generative AI while preserving intellectual rigor and human agency. Her work has earned numerous accolades, including the Top Career Coach Award (2025), CSPA-NYS Innovation & Research Grant, and multiple honors for diversity, inclusion, and educational impact.
Sandra holds advanced credentials in career development, instructional design, and applied generative AI from MIT, and is completing her doctorate on career decision-making and ecological systems. Through her research, teaching, and advisory work with leading institutions and EdTech innovators, she continues to shape the future of AI-enhanced learning and workforce development.
