I have recently been promoted to a team lead position, where I handle a team of customer support representatives. I have already had the opportunity to lead a group of customer support representatives on a cross platform project by managing a group of four customer support representatives who are responsible for a large database of information. I also communicate with my team members on a daily basis to ensure that they are aware of any changes within the company.
      I have proven my ability to deal with clients in a professional manner, even under pressure, and this has given me the confidence to be proactive, take ownership and successfully resolve customer issues. I am also able to provide training to other members of staff. My passion for providing a high-quality level of customer service is evident in the way that I work and I believe this will enable me to succeed in this position.
