What Is Rezi Job Search?
Rezi’s Job Search tool helps you find real job opportunities and manage your applications within Rezi. It integrates with your resume and uses AI to match you with relevant roles, so you can apply more efficiently. This is not a generic job board; jobs are sourced directly from company websites (not just aggregated from places like LinkedIn or Indeed).

- Rezi can help you match job openings to your resume and skills.
Integrated Resume Tools
- Once you find a job, you can use the AI resume tools in Rezi (like Keyword Targeting and summary or bullet point generation) to tailor your resume to that job.
Job Tracking
- Track your applications by stage (saved, applied, interviewing, etc.) so you stay organized throughout your job search.
How to Use AI Job Search
1. Open Rezi Job Search
- From your Rezi dashboard, click Job Search in the left sidebar.
2. Search for Roles
- Enter keywords, job titles, or locations to discover listings that match your background.
3. Review Job Details
- Click any job listing to see the job description and details.
4. Match and Tailor
- Use Rezi tools like AI Keyword Targeting or the AI Resume Builder to tailor your resume to the job you’re interested in.
5. Track Applications
- Save roles and update application status directly in Rezi as you move through the hiring process.
Tips
- Before applying, tailor your resume to each job using AI Keyword Targeting and the AI Resume tools for best ATS and recruiter results.
- Organize and track your applications to stay on top of follow-ups and interviews.

- Rezi Job Search does not automatically apply for jobs on your behalf. You’ll still need to submit your application through the listed job link.
- Job listings are refreshed regularly and sourced from company career pages to reduce outdated or duplicate postings.
