Short answer: emphasize your technical engineering knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project experience. 

Start with a professional header that includes your name and contact details, followed by a concise summary highlighting your key achievements and skills. List your work experience in reverse-chronological order, emphasizing relevant projects and technologies. Include your education, relevant certifications, a skills section, and any additional sections that reinforce your qualifications such as projects or publications.
